Abstract
Efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir berperan penting dalam pembentukan perilaku pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Untuk mendapatkan gambaran akurat tentang efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa diperlukan alat ukur yang berkualitas. Sayangnya, baru ada satu instrumen efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir dan belum pengembangan terkininya. Instrumen itu pun dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan teori tes klasik, suatu pendekatan yang telah dikritik, terutama dalam memperlakukan data. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan instrumen efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir siswa menggunakan model Rasch, suatu pendekatan yang diyakini memiliki keunggulan dibandingkan teori tes klasik. Subjek penelitian adalah 144 siswa kelas XI SMA di Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan software Winsteps, diketahui ada 20 aitem yang fit (dari 36 aitem) dengan koefisien reliabilitas Alpha 0,91. Secara keseluruhan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa skala efikasi diri dalam pengambilan keputusan karir ini terbukti memiliki properti psikometris yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan untuk asesmen maupun penelitian.
