Jurnal Pengabdian, Riset, Kreativitas, Inovasi, dan Teknologi Tepat Guna (Jurnal Parikesit) is a multidisciplinary scientific journal published by the Directorate of Community Service, Universitas Gadjah Mada. This journal addresses various issues that arise during the implementation of the Community Service Learning – Community Empowerment Program (KKN-PPM) and is registered with E-ISSN 3025-6747 and P-ISSN 3025-633X. The purpose of this publication is to disseminate conceptual ideas and the results of Community Empowerment Learning achieved during the KKN implementation.

The Jurnal Parikesit includes a range of activities conducted by KKN students in collaboration with various community groups to address and manage potential, barriers, challenges, and issues within the community. The implementation of these activities also involves active participation from the community and partners.

The journal is published biannually in May and November. Jurnal Parikesit utilizes the Open Journal System (OJS), which requires all authors to register before they are permitted to upload their manuscripts online. Manuscript submissions are open year-round to the academic community of Universitas Gadjah Mada. Manuscripts that do not conform to the guidelines or are submitted in an incorrect format will be rejected by the editor before further review.

Each article submitted to the editorial office will undergo Desk Review and Initial Manuscript Evaluation by the Editorial Board. Subsequently, the article will be sent to peer reviewers for Double-Blind Peer Review. Following this process, the editor, peer reviewers, and authors can track the progress of the manuscript.

As a periodic scientific publication, Jurnal Pengabdian, Riset, Kreativitas, Inovasi, dan Teknologi Tepat Guna (Jurnal Parikesit) is not yet accredited by the Direktorat Jenderal Penguatan Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia.
