Indonesian Food and Nutrition Progress is an open access interdisciplinary journal that publishes original articles in the field of food technology and nutrition. The Indonesian Food and Nutrition Progress was founded in 1994 and continued until 2005. In 2014, the journal published one number. In January 2017, an Open Journal Systems (OJS) is applied for all business process. Now the authors are required to register in advance and upload the manuscript by online. While, hard copy of the journal could be purchased by the system.
Indonesian Food and Nutrition Progress (print ISSN 0854-6177, online ISSN 2597-9388) is published by the Indonesian Association of Food Technologist in collaboration with Department of Food and Agricultural Product Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
