ANALISIS POTENSI CALON TRANSMIGRAN SASARAN PENGARAHAN DAN PERPINDAHAN

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis potensi calon transmigran briefing dan pergerakan target di daerah asal; dan untuk menilai prosedur dan memberikan informasi bimbingan teknis kepada calon transmigran. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini calon transmigran sampel dari beberapa lokasi di wilayah Kabupaten Bantul. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara langsung dengan calon transmigrasi dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan beberapa tokoh masyarakat, pejabat pemerintah desa, desa, pilar lingkungan, pilar warga dan beberapa masyarakat umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penilai transmigran kandidat untuk mengikuti program transmigrasi masih sangat tinggi, namun fakta menunjukkan bahwa calon transmigran potensial masih belum seperti yang diharapkan, terutama yang berkaitan dengan latar belakang pendidikan, keterampilan akuisisi, kepemilikan dan keluarga aset perilaku bergerak. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa prosedur dan penjangkauan informasi masih ada beberapa kelemahan, terutama terkait dengan sosialisasi program transmigrasi melalui berbagai media komunikasi masih kurang sehingga informasi yang tidak dapat diterima oleh masyarakat.

ABSTRACT The goal of this research are to analyze the potential transmigrant candidates briefing and movement of the target in the area of origin; and to assess procedures and providing technical guidance information to candidates transmigrant. To achieve this objective sampling transmigrate candidates from several locations in the area of the Bantul District. Method of collecting data through direct interviews with transmigration candidates and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with several community leaders, village government officials, village, neighborhood pillars, pillars of residents and some of the general public. The results showed that appraises transmigrates candidate to follow the transmigration program still very high, but the facts show that the transmigrate candidates potential still not as expected, primarily related to educational background, skill acquisition, ownership and family assets are immobile behavior. The results also indicate that the procedures and outreach information there are still some weaknesses, particularly related to the socialization of the transmigration program through various media rmation can not be accepted by the public.
