Faktor – Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Peningkatan Berat Badan Pada Neonatus dengan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah

Abstract
Penambahan berat badan pada bayi berat lahir sangat rendah sangat dianjurkan untuk mencegah kegagalan pertumbuhan. Beberapa faktor dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan berat badan pada neonatus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis kelamin, usia gestasi, berat lahir, pemberian human milk fortifier (HMF) dan nutrisi parenteral terhadap peningkatan berat badan neonatus. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah cross sectional. Subjek penelitian merupakan pasien neonatus yang menjalani perawatan pada tahun 2019 – 2021 di RSUP Dr. Sardjito dan RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Peningkatan berat badan dihitung dari selisih antara berat saat meninggalkan rumah sakit dengan berat lahir. Data dipilih secara consecutive sampling, didapatkan 128 subjek penelitian. Analisis multivariat menggunakan regresi linier berganda diperoleh pengaruh signifikan pada berat lahir (p = 0.000), pemberian HMF (p = 0.007) dan nutrisi parenteral (p = 0.008) terhadap peningkatan berat badan Sedangkan jenis kelamin, cara lahir dan usia gestasi tidak mempengaruhi peningkatan berat badan (p>0.05). Pemberian HMF dan nutrisi parenteral merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan pertambahan berat badan pada neonatus terutama dengan berat badan lahir rendah.
