Abstract


Peran apoteker telah berkembang dari pemberi asuhan kepada pasien, juga sebagai bagian dari tim interprofesi untuk berkolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Adanya kegagalan dalam kolaborasi interprofesi merupakan salah satu penyebab kejadian efek samping obat. Studi literatur ini dilakukan pada bulan September 2021 menggunakan basis data elektronik MEDLINE dengan menggunakan kata kunci “pharmacist” atau “pharmacists” atau “pharmacist role” atau “pharmacist intervention” dan “interprofessional collaborative practice” atau “interprofessional collaboration” atau “inter collaborative practice” dengan kurun waktu tahun 2000-2021 dengan filter clinical trial dan randomized control trial menghasilkan 12 artikel penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan intervensi apoteker dapat memberikan pelayanan pada pasien secara sinergis dan mutual dalam tim kolaborasi interprofesi. Kerjasama apoteker dapat membantu mengontrol tekanan darah pasien, menurunkan kunjungan rumah sakit dan rawat inap yang disebabkan oleh asma, meningkatkan manajemen terapi, membantu mengontrol kadar glukosa, tekanan darah dan lipid, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pada manajemen terapi penyakit kronis, mengatasi masalah yang berkaitan dengan obat, membantu menurunkan angka terapi irasional pada pasien lansia dan meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan adanya penerapan tugas apoteker dalam kolaborasi interprofesi pada penanganan penyakit kronis di Indonesia.
