Abstract


Outpatient parenteral antimicrobial treatment (OPAT) adalah metode untuk memberikan antibiotik intravena di komunitas atau rawat jalan sebagai alternatif untuk perawatan rawat inap. Tujuan utama program OPAT adalah memungkinkan pasien memperoleh terapi antibiotik parenteral dengan aman dan efektif tanpa menjalani rawat inap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh clinical outcome terhadap kualitas hidup pada pasien ulkus diabetik terinfeksi yang mendapatkan pelayanan OPAT dan rawat inap. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuasi ekperimental dengan pendekatan prospektif pada pasien ulkus diabetik di RSUP Dr. Sardjito. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara non probability sampling kuota yang dilakukan pada bulan September 2019 – September 2020. Clinical outcome dinilai dari skor PEDIS yang kemudian di kategorikan membaik atau tidak membaik. Kuisoner SF-36 digunakan dalam penilaian kualitas hidup pasien. Uji t tidak berpasangan dan Mann Whitney dilakukan untuk mengetahui perbedaan clinical outcome serta Uji Fisher exact test dilakukan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh antara clinical outcome terhadap kualitas hidup pasien. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 pasien yang terdiri dari kelompok OPAT dan kelompok rawat inap. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 93% pasien OPAT membaik, dan 100% pasien Rawat Inap membaik. Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang significant antara clinical outcome dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien ulkus kaki diabetik di RSUP Dr. Sardjito Yogyakarta.
