Author Guidelines

 

A. MANUSCRIPT CATHEGORY

1.      Empirical Research Result (Original Script)

Script is a research’s results.

  1. The length of the script, without images and tables, ranges between 2500 – 5000 words.
  2. Articles compiled by the structure of the title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusions, list of abbreviations (if any), the conflicting interest (if any), information contributions about the author, acknowledgements, references, images and illustrations, and tables.
  3. The manuscript accompanied English and Indonesian abstract of no more than 250 words.
  4. The references used at least publication in the last 10 years, reaching at least 50%.
  5. The number of tables and images is no more than 5 pieces.

 

2.      Review  

  1. The length of the script, without images and tables, ranging between 1500 – 3000 words.
  2. Articles compiled by the structure of the title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusions, list of abbreviations (if any), the competing interest (if any), information about the author, acknowledgements, references, images and illustrations, and tables.
  3. The manuscript are acompanied by English and Indonesian abstract of no more than 250 words.
  4. The literature used are based on proportion of publications in the last 10 years achieved at least 50%.
  5. The number of tables and images is no more than 2 pieces.

 

3.      Case Study

  1. The length of the script, without images and tables, ranging between 1500 – 3000 words.
  2. Articles compiled by the structure of the title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results and discussion, conclusions, list of abbreviations (if any), the competing interest (if any), information about the author, acknowledgements, references, images and illustrations, and tables.
  3. The manuscript accompanied English and Indonesian abstract with structured forms (backgrounds, obsjective, methods, result and discussion, conclusion) and accompanied by key words (key words) at least 4 words. An abstract of no more than 250 words.
  4. The literature used are based on proportion of publications in the last 10 years achieved at least 50%.
  5. The number of tables and images is no more than 2 pieces.

 

B.  GENERAL REFERENCE

  1. Enclose a revelation letter  that states the research results are the result of his/her own research and there is NOT PLAGIARISM.
  2. Include a statement that the manuscript has never sent and is not currently in progress for publication, and will not be published elsewhere in print or electronic.
  3. Essay notes the computer, using a common software (MS Word) and submitted in electronic form to our website https://jurnal.ugm.ac.id/jkr. Bouquet is typed with spaces 2 on size A4 paper and not back and forth (column 1), and an edge 2,5. Use a letter 12 pts.
  4. The title of the essay does not exceed 16 words if se the Indonesian Language, and dosen not exceed more than 10 words if use English and should put  the summary in  the head of the page (header).Abbreviations in the title should be avoided.
  5. All script accompanied abstract (with titles) and five (5) fruit keywords (key words).Structured abstract written in Indonesian and English. Abstract should not exceed 250 words and keywords are written in Engslish. Abstract component consists of the background, objectives, methods, results and conclusions. As a reference for the key words can be used in Index Medicus, keywords (key words) at least 4 words to a maximum of 10 words.
  6. The name of the author is not accompanied by the title, and address of the establishments of origin accompanied by correspondence, the following phone number email address.
  7. The tables and illustrations should be given a title and description, so it does not depend on the text.The title of the table is placed above the table. The image’s title is placed below the image.For photos do not affixed or wedged in the paper, but incorporated into the cover.In elakang photos (printed in black and white) or gmabbar is written with a pencil the name of author, title of the summary essay, number san orientation images.Place table should be described and illustrations in text.

Abstract

A maximum 150 word abstract in English with calibri font 11 point, 1 spacing. Abstract should be clear, descriptive, and should provide a brief overview of the problem studied. Abstract topics include reasons for the selection or the importance of research topics, hipothesis, research methods and a summary of the results. Abstract should end with a comment about the importance of the results or conclusions brief.

INTRODUCTION

Describe the background of the problem, the purpose and benefit of the study, followed by theoretical essay and ended with hypothesis (maximum pages are 20% from the whole report). It contain: (a) the newest development of science being studied which is supported by the primary literature review (b) explanation about the gap (c) author’s argument towards to overcome the gap (c) explanation about the study’s purpose

Method

Contains identification of variables, research subjects, research instruments, and research methods including statistical analysis techniques used (maximum number of pages 20%). Contains an explanation of everything that is done by researchers in conducting research clearly as if giving other researchers the opportunity to replicate or verify their research. Avoid the definitions quoted from the book in the explanation in the method section.

 Result and discussion

The results of the study consisted of descriptive statistics, assumptions test results, and the results of hypothesis testing then analyzed critically (max. 20% of the total report) presented sequentially or in an integrated manner. Explanation on the results section containing the results of data analysis. If there is a table / chart /figure containing an explanation of the analysis, it should be explained clearly. Tables / charts / pictures do not contain raw data that must be processed.

Table and Figure 

All tables and figures written in the script must be adjusted to the order of 1 column or full size of one paper, so that it is easier for the reviewer to look at the meaning of the image.

summary and recommendation

The content of the conclusion are the formulation of the answers to the research objectives rather than the summary of research results. The conclusions are made in a concise, clear and solid manner based on the results and discussion (maximum 1 page), made in paragraph (not numerical), containing the findings of the study as a synthesis between the results of data analysis and the results of the discussion, and highlighting the new contribute to the development of reproductive health.

Daftar Pustaka

Write a bibliography that becomes a alphabetical and chronological reference. Bibliography is a list of references / references not bibliographies, it must contain all sources referred to in the text, and do not need to contain sources that are not referenced. The reference list contains all that is referred to in the text originating from the source; (a) relevant, (b) at least 80% current (last 10 years), and (c) at least 80% primary, especially from journal articles). Writing references in the Journal of Reproductive Health refers to the number system (Vancouver style, can be seen as follows ...) according to the order of appearance in the essay. Example:
