Tantangan Pencegahan Stunting pada Era Adaptasi Baru “New Normal” melalui Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Pandeglang

Abstract
Stunting merupakan permasalahan kesehatan yang menjadi prioritas untuk menciptakan sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang berkualitas. Kunci kesuksesan pencegahan stunting adalah pemantauan gizi dan pengukuran berat badan bayi dan balita yang dilakukan kader masyarakat di posyandu. Saat pandemi covid-19, kegiatan tersebut tidak bisa dilakukan, dampak pandemi ini terhadap indonesia dapat menyebabkan generation lost di masa depan. Pemberdayaan masyarakat menjadi kunci keberhasilan program-program pencegahan stunting di masa pandemi covid-19 ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif murni, yang mengambil lokasi di 2 (dua) desa yang merupakan Lokus stunting, yaitu Desa bayumundu dan Desa Tegalogog. Waktu pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan maret dan Bulan Juli. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat 5 faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan program pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu (1) perencanaan dan sosialisasi (2) pendampingan dan pemberian motivasi kepada kelompok sasaran, (3) pelatihan pemanfaatan hasil pekarangan mendukung diversifikasi konsumsi pangan, (4) monitoring dan evaluasi pelaksanaan program dan dampaknya, (5) pentingnya aspek promosi dan pemasaran. Jika pemberdayaan masyarakat optimal pada program-program ini maka pencegahan stunting di era new normal ini akan mendapatkan hasil yang optimal.
Stunting is a health problem which is a priority to create quality of Indonesian human resources. The key to the success of stunting prevention is nutrition monitoring and weight measurement for infants and toddlers carried out by community cadres at the posyandu. During the co-19 pandemic, these activities could not be carried out, the impact of this pandemic on Indonesia could lead to lost generation in the future. Community empowerment is the key to the success of stunting prevention programs during the co-19 pandemic. This research is a purely descriptive study, which took place in 2 (two) villages which were stunting locus, namely Bayumundu Village and Tegalogog Village. When data is collected in March and July. Data is collected by in-depth interviews and literature studies. It can be concluded that there are 5 factors that influence the success of community empowerment programs, namely (1) planning and socialization (2) mentoring and providing motivation to target groups, (3) training in the use of the yard supporting the diversification of food consumption, (4) monitoring and evaluation of implementation the program and its impact, (5) the importance of promotion and marketing aspects. If optimal community empowerment in these programs prevents stunting in the new normal era will get optimal results.
