Author Guidelines

A.     General Requirements

The minimum standard requirements of ASEAN Journal of Systems Engineering (AJSE):

1. Written in English
2. The length of the submitted paper is at least 6 pages and 12 pages maximum.
3. Use reference's tool such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting
4. Make sure that your paper submitted is using the AJSE template (MSWord)

 B.      Structure of The Manuscript

The manuscript must be follow the structure:

1. Title. The title of the article should be fewest, without acronym or abbreviation
2. Abstract. The Abstract has 150 to 250 WORDS; No citation; State in the abstract a Background, Methodology, and Results
3. Section structure. Authors are suggested to present their articles in the section structure: Introduction - Methodology - Results & Discussion - Conclusion
4. References. Expect a minimum of 10 references of Journal and proceeding papers choose American Psychological Association (APA) style citation at least 5 years behind (2016 to 2022)

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
5. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Submission of an original manuscript to the ASEAN Journal of Systems Engineering (AJSE) will be taken to mean that it represents original work not previously published, that it is not being considered elsewhere for publication; that the author is willing to assign copyright to the ASEAN Journal of Systems Engineering (AJSE) as per a contract that will be sent to the author just prior to the publication and, if accepted for publication, it will be published in print and online and it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, for commercial purposes, in any language, without the consent of the ASEAN Journal of Systems Engineering (AJSE).
