Author Guidelines
MANUSCRIPT GUIDELINES
Manuscript should be submitted with the following guidelines:
- Manuscript should be submitted online via journal website. An author should log in first with free of charge.
- The manuscript length is 6 to 10 pages of A4 (210 x 297 mm) using the provided template including pictures, tables, no appendices. Manuscript should be written in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) with the margins of: 19 mm (top), 14.32 mm (left and right), and 43 mm (bottom).
- Manuscript should be written in English (British or American).
- The manuscript body should be written in the following rules:
- The Heading is built with the maximum of three stages:
- Pictures and tables are centered. Pictures and tables with big size can be expanded in two columns and must be in the top or bottom of the page. Pictures can be colored. Pictures should have Arabic numerals. Caption should be in TNR 8, is located under the related picture. Caption with one row is centered, and with multi-rows is justified
- Equations should be typed clearly, have sequential numbering and clear numenclatures.
- No page numbering, header, and footer. All of the hypertext link and bookmark will be erased. If the paper refers to email or URL address in the article, the address should be typed completely using regular font.
- Citations and references should be in IEEE standard. (see the template in the JNTETI UGM website)

- The title is written using Times New Roman (TNR) 20 font with the maximum of 12 words, single spaced, centered, and bold. In case of exceeding 12 words, our editor will change the title with the same content without any approval from authors before publishing.
- The title should be written in English (British or American). Foreign words should be written in Italics.
- The article is started with Abstract. No pictures and tables in Abstract. The Abstract is written in the beginning of paragraph, justified, bold, single spaced, with TNR 9 font. The maximum for Abstract is 250 words and should describe the whole article content.
- The keywords consist of four to eight words, comma separated, justified, TNR 9 font, and single spaced. Keywords should be choosen accurately in order to describe the concept of the article and being accessible.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

This journal charges the following author fees.

Authors are required to pay an Article Submission Fee as part of the submission process to contribute to review costs.
Article Publication: 0.00 (IDR)
If this paper is accepted for publication, you will be asked to pay an Article Publication Fee to cover publications costs.
If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
