Peran Persepsi Dukungan Sosial dan Efikasi Diri terhadap Konflik Sekolah-Keluarga pada Mahasiswa Strata Tiga (S-3)

Abstract


Keputusan individu pada masa dewasa tengah yang sudah menikah dengan melanjutkan pendidikan dapat menambah tanggung jawab akademik sebagai mahasiswa S-3, selain tanggung jawab pada keluarga. Ketidakseimbangan tanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan peran sebagai anggota keluarga dan peran di sekolah sebagai mahasiswa S-3 dapat memicu terjadinya konflik sekolah-keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji peran persepsi dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri terhadap konflik sekolah-keluarga. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah peran persepsi dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama dapat memprediksi konflik sekolah, keluarga. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 41 mahasiswa S-3 di Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (MIPA) Universitas Gajah Mada (UGM) yang berusia dalam rentang umur 34-60 tahun, sudah menikah dan telah menempuh pendidikan S-3 selama satu tahun. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu: skala konflik sekolah, keluarga, skala persepsi dukungan sosial, dan skala efikasi diri. Analisis data menggunakan metode analisis regresi ganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai F=7,487 dengan p=0,002 artinya terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri secara bersama-sama terhadap konflik sekolah-keluarga dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 28,3%.
