Siti-Norhasmaedayu Mohd-Zamani Malaysia
is a senior lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia. She earned her Ph.D. in Operation Management and her bachelor’s degree (2009) in Decision Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Her research interests are operation research, business analytics, and statistics. She has a publication in the International Journal of Supply Chain Management, the International Journal of Technology, and the Sustainability Journal.

Ili-Salsabila Abd-Razak Malaysia
is a doctoral student at Universiti Utara Malaysia. She earned her degree of Master of Science in International Business from the same university in 2011. Her research interests are in the areas of export market orientation and export marketing. She has published in the Journal of Islamic Marketing and International Journal of Tourism Policy.
