decision process. He has published in the International Business Review, Journal of Strategic Marketing, and Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics.

Siti-Norhasmaedayu Mohd-Zamani

is a senior lecturer at Universiti Utara Malaysia. She earned her Ph.D. in Operation Management and her bachelor’s degree (2009) in Decision Science from Universiti Utara Malaysia. Her research interests are operation research, business analytics, and statistics. She has a publication in the International Journal of Supply Chain Management, the International Journal of Technology, and the Sustainability Journal.

Ili-Salsabila Abd-Razak

is a doctoral student at Universiti Utara Malaysia. She earned her degree of Master of Science in International Business from the same university in 2011.
