Arash Rezazadeh is currently a research scholar at Faculty of Entrepreneurship, University of Tehran, Iran. He has published several research papers in peer-reviewed journals such as: International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business. His main research interests include small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) management, business model innovation, firm performance, cooperation between firms, strategic alliances, entrepreneurial orientation, and knowledge/technology transfer. He also is a member of the International Student Conference on Entrepreneurship in Iran. His interest and expertise in quantitative research methodologies in particular Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) techniques led him to publish a book in 2013 on PLS-SEM. Accordingly, one of his goals is to introduce the third generation of SEM techniques
