As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
The text is double-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Author Guidelines
The editor of PCD Journal welcomes article submissions in accordance with the following guidelines:
1. Articles have not been published or accepted for publication, or are being considered for publication elsewhere. In addition to the manuscript, a written statement should be attached which clarifies that the article is original and does not contain any elements of plagiarism.
2. Types of articles suitable for publication include the following; research reports, conceptual ideas, studies, theory applications, literature review.
3. Articles are written preferably in English (British spelling) using academic language along with standard academic writing structure and composition. Manuscripts are typed double-space in a quarto paper size (A4), between 6.000-7.500 words excluding abstract, keywords, notes, and references.
4. Articles should be in form of essay which includes:
title (15-20 words),
author’s name (without any academic degree) with an e-mail address and institution’s name,
abstract (150-200 words for each) which includes research problems, methods, and results,
keywords (3-6 words),
author’s personal information (postal address, telephone numbers, and the mailing address).
introduction (without subsection, 2-3 pages) which includes background, objectives, methods, and literature reviews/ theoretical construct (if needed) of the research. The introduction section ends with an emphasis on items to be discussed,
discussion (consists of result of the study,written in the form of subheading(s)),
conclusion (is a brief summary of findingsand discussion. It is strongly recommended to avoid mere repetitive statements from the previous sections) and references.
5. Reference list format is based on APA (American Psychological Association) Sixth edition style. The reference list should appear at the end of the article and includes only literature actually cited in the manuscripts. References are ordered alphabetically and chronologically. We strongly recommend authors to use reference tools, such as Mendeley, Zotero, Endnote, etc. Herewith are some of the APA-based references format structure:

6. Another suitable type of articles are a book review and field notes. Please note the following requirements for submitting book reviews or field notes:
Field notes should be between 3.000 words in length
books being reviewed should be newly published (within the last one year for books in Indonesian and two years for books in other foreign languages),
book reviews should be between 3-5 pages in length, and
a copy/ scan of the book cover should be attached.
7. Articles should be submitted in soft files using Microsoft Word application to the Online Submission page.
