BOOK REVIEW: IMPERIALISM, SOVEREIGNTY AND THE MAKING OF INTERNATIONAL LAW
Abstract
This review critiques Antony Anghie’s book titled Imperialism, Sovereignty and the Making of International Law. The review will evaluate the author’s approach on the history of international law, as well as review the book’s importance towards the scholarship on Third World Approaches to International Law.
