Abstract
Abstract.Inclusive finance is a financial system that provides support for low-income people to be able to access finance. In reality, financial access is not enjoyed by all levels of society, such as unequal financial access, inadequate availability of services and infrastructure. This then becomes a challenge as well as to answer the objectives of how to measure the financial inclusion index between provinces in Indonesia, analyze the determinants of financial inclusion and analyze the relationship between financial inclusion and inequality. This research uses Tobit regression analysis, Klassen typology analysis and Granger causality analysis. The financial inclusion index between provinces in Indonesia is in the low category, except for DKI Jakarta, Bali and South Kalimantan which are in the medium category. The estimation results of the determinants of financial inclusion found that unemployment, internet, mobile phones, growth rate and road ratio have an influence on financial inclusion
