Abstract
A case of cerebrotendinous xanthomatosis in an Indonesian male, 25 years of age, is reported. The diagnosis was based on clinical features, laboratory and histopathologic examinations, without measurement of cholestanal concentration either in the plasma or in the xanthoma.
