Abstract


Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui masihkah ease of use itu relevan dalam penerimaan teknologi bagi para pengguna sistem informasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengguna sistem informasi di Indonesia. Data diperoleh dengan cara menyebar kuesioner secara online melalui email dan sosial media. Jumlah responden yang mengisi kuesioner adalah 272, dan yang memenuhi kriteria adalah 261 responden. Kemudian responden juga dikelompokkan menjadi 4 kelompok yaitu kelompok yahoo, gmail, instansi atau perusahaan, dan lainnya. Kuesioner diuji dengan uji reliabilitas dan uji validitas, selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas data, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Kemudian uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi simultan dan uji signifikansi parameter individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan ease of use atau variabel kemudahan penggunaan tidak memoderasi pengaruh pemanfaatan sistem informasi terhadap kinerja individu, sehingga ease of use bukan variabel moderasi. Dengan demikian ease of use itu tidak relevan dalam penerimaan teknologi bagi para pengguna sistem informasi.
